Terms of Service

1. The service
ExecDev provides an AI concierge deployed on a business's website and/or WhatsApp that answers customer enquiries, qualifies leads, books appointments, and provides customer-intelligence reporting. We provide the platform and support; you provide your business knowledge and messaging channels.
2. Hosted tier & branded tier
- Hosted concierge — provided free to host. Either party may end it with seven days' notice.
- Branded agent — a paid, white-label deployment in your own WhatsApp account, quoted per business under a separate written agreement.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use the service unlawfully, attempt to extract the underlying models or infrastructure, or rely on the concierge to provide medical advice. The concierge augments your team; clinical and regulated decisions remain your responsibility, with appropriate human review.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of your business data and customer conversations. You grant ExecDev a limited licence to use it solely to operate, support, and improve the service for you. We will not sell or repurpose it. See the Privacy Policy.
5. Our IP
ExecDev retains all rights to the platform, models, prompts, and operational know-how. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service during your engagement.
6. Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or any specific commercial outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the preceding twelve months, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, with disputes resolved by arbitration in Singapore (SIAC) where not settled informally within 30 days.
