ExecDev ("we", "us") operates the concierge service described at concierge.execdev.co — an AI concierge for wellness, longevity, and aesthetics businesses.
2. Information we collect
From the businesses we serve
- Contact and business details provided when enquiring or onboarding.
- Service information used to train the concierge (catalogue, pricing, FAQs, brand voice).
- Conversation transcripts between the business's customers and the concierge.
Automatically
- Standard server logs and essential cookies.
3. How we use it
- To operate and improve the concierge service for the business.
- To produce the customer-intelligence reporting we provide to the business.
- To meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We use processors to operate the service — hosting (Hetzner, Cloudflare), AI inference (Google, Anthropic, Cerebras), and messaging (Meta / WhatsApp) — bound to handle data only on our instructions.
5. Retention & your rights
We retain conversation data for the engagement plus 12 months unless earlier deletion is requested. Depending on your jurisdiction (Singapore PDPA, EU/UK GDPR) you may access, correct, delete, or port your data, or object to certain uses. Contact hello@execdev.co.
6. Security
Encryption in transit (TLS), restricted access, and regular review. We notify affected parties promptly of any material breach.
