What's in the box

Seen from your side of the counter.

Not a feature list — a walk through your own week with the concierge running. What happens while you sleep, what lands on your phone, what goes out without anyone remembering, and what never touches WhatsApp at all.

2:47am. A client in Moscow finds you.

You were asleep. Your team was asleep. This still happened — on your official WhatsApp, in her language, in real time.

Здравствуйте! Сколько стоит программа стволовых клеток? Я приезжаю в августе.Hello! How much is the stem cell programme? I'm visiting in August.02:47

Every cell is cultured in an EU-GMP certified facility, with a Certificate of Analysis for every vial. May I ask when in August you'd arrive? We can arrange the whole journey — flights, hotel, visa and transfers.02:50

Fourteen messages later she has the right programme, her safety questions answered with your real credentials, and a consultation held for the 12th. Nobody on your team woke up. The same conversation runs in English, Thai, Mandarin, Arabic, Russian — whatever the customer writes in.

And because the reply came in seconds, she never reached the part where she messages four other clinics. On inbound enquiries, the first competent answer usually wins the customer.

7:30am. Here's what's waiting on your phone.

You don't read transcripts unless you want to. You get the result — short, structured pings on your own WhatsApp.

🩺Needs a human — clinical question15:06
A client asked whether a treatment is suitable alongside her medication. The concierge does not improvise on clinical questions — it held the conversation warmly and flagged it to your team with full context, so your doctor answers once, well.
💬Handover, not a cold startany time
When your team steps into any conversation, the entire history and a summary brief come with it. Your staff never open with “how can I help?” to someone who has already explained everything.

Your team gets a brief, not a “hello.” Name, treatment, budget, timing, open questions, best callback — before anyone picks up the phone.

The difference between a lead and a lottery ticket

The messages that send themselves

Every clinic loses money to the reminder someone forgot to send. These go out around the clock, on schedule, without a team member ever setting an alarm.

This is the difference between “we have WhatsApp” and “WhatsApp runs part of the operation.” A number pasted on a website still needs a human to remember things. This doesn't.

On the official rails, in writing

This runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform — Meta's own API for businesses. That one sentence carries a lot.
Your number can't be banned

No unofficial clients, no grey-zone tools. Registered, verified business infrastructure — and that goes in the agreement.

Real-time, in their WhatsApp

When a customer messages you, the concierge replies instantly and conversationally, right in the thread. Not a menu bot. Not “we'll get back to you.”

Your number, your customers

The WhatsApp identity is yours. The relationships are yours. The data is yours. Always.

One continuous conversation

A customer can start on your website and pick up on WhatsApp or Telegram without repeating a word — their history follows them. One concierge, every door.

Every conversation, one view

Website, WhatsApp, Telegram — it's one concierge behind every door, so it's one screen for you. Who asked what, on which channel, and what came of it.

Underneath the list sits the intelligence you've never had about your own business: what customers actually ask, where they hesitate, which countries and hours convert, which conversations became revenue. It's yours to keep.

Two gears — hands-off, or hands-on

By default it drives. When you want the wheel, you take it — and it still makes you look effortless.
Full-auto

The default. The concierge runs the whole conversation — answering, qualifying, booking, taking the deposit — and drives the customer cleanly and frictionlessly to a sale. No one on your team has to touch it.

Six words of shorthand in — a clear, warm, professional message out, in your customer's own language. Try the dropdowns: any language, any currency, any combination. The English underneath is just so you can follow.

And the things that should never sit in a chat thread

Some of what a clinic handles has no business living in a messaging app. For that, WhatsApp becomes the doorbell — not the room.
The Private Portal

A discreet, secure space for the sensitive part of care

Lab results. Blood panels. Treatment reports. Clinical photographs. Payment. These don't get pasted into a WhatsApp thread that lives on someone's phone between their family group and their food delivery.

Instead, the concierge sends the client a private, secure link — their own quiet room. WhatsApp authenticates them and taps them on the shoulder when something is ready (“Your results are in”); the content itself stays in the portal — encrypted, access-controlled, and never sitting in a chat backup.

For a clinic whose clients value discretion — executives, public figures, anyone who would rather their health stay private — this is not a technical detail. It is part of the service.

The rest of the box, briefly

What an AI layer really changes

The bookings and briefs are the visible part. The deeper shift is what having an intelligent layer does to the whole business.

The front desk you run now — and the one that runs itself

Most clinics run their enquiries on WhatsApp Web with a team member watching the screen. It works — until it's 9pm, or three people message at once, or the person who knew every regular hands in their notice. Here's the same day, both ways.
With the stackThe OneLyfe concierge
Answers 24/7, in any language, the instant a message lands.
Every enquiry caught and answered at once — one or a hundred, in parallel.
Every customer gets your best, on-brand answer — no off days, no new-hire variance.
A full customer record — what they bought, last visit, total spend, phone, email, notes and tags, laid out clearly.
Keyword search across every customer's entire history, instantly.
Live availability and calendar entries, booked inside the conversation.
Deposits and billing collected in-chat, on official rails.
Reminders and follow-ups send themselves, every time.
Tag and hand off — “follow-up call”, “aftercare concern” — with the full history attached.
Discount codes and offers to the right segment, in one go.
Every relationship and note stays in the system — turnover doesn't reset it.
One dashboard — every conversation, lead and booking, at a glance.
An analytics dashboard — what sold and when — plus a weekly report of who asked for what, so you can sharpen your funnel and your marketing.

Same team, same number — the difference is everything behind the message.

Who this is for

Built for businesses where the conversation before the sale is real work — where customers deliberate, compare and ask, and where an unanswered evening costs actual revenue.
High-consideration treatments

Lasers, HIFU, fillers, programmes — customers who ask “is it safe?”, “what's the downtime?”, “which one is right for me?” before they ever book. Every question answered well moves them closer; every question unanswered moves them to the next clinic.

International clients

Enquiries arriving overnight, in other languages, from people planning a trip around their treatment. The distance between their first message and a held booking is exactly what a concierge closes.

Busy and multi-branch clinics

More enquiries than the front desk can hold in their heads — routed to the right branch, the right doctor and the right slot, with nothing dropped between shifts.

And honestly: if your bookings are simple and your diary is already full, you may not need us. This is built for the clinics whose growth is hiding inside conversations nobody has time to have.

The pilot — a few clinics, at zero cost

We're taking on a small number of clinics in Kuala Lumpur as pilot partners. You don't pay to find out whether it works — you watch it work first, on your own customers.

Your first month is on us.

No set-up fee. No platform fee for the first month. We build it, we get you verified, we train it — then it goes live free while we fine-tune it on your real conversations. The only thing running during your free window is the success fee — so we only earn if it earns.

Your concierge goes live on your website and WhatsApp with zero platform fee and zero usage fee. We keep fine-tuning it on real enquiries — and it can already be booking and earning while it learns.

By the end of the month you've seen exactly what it does, on your own customers, before a single fixed fee — and we've tuned it to your business with a month of real data. If it's earning, you keep it. If it isn't, you've lost nothing but the introduction.

Getting started

Here's the standing arrangement once your free month is up — the same whether you came in through the pilot or joined later. Your part throughout is a short discovery call and a few confirmations about how you work.
Standard · $0 set-up

Out of the box

Your concierge on your website, WhatsApp and Telegram — with Jenny as the face, dashboard included, everything hosted and run by us. No subscription of thousands a month: a usage-based platform fee for your tenancy on our cloud and AI infrastructure — most businesses consume US$200–300 a month — and a success fee of 10–15%, only on sales the concierge closes, logged in your dashboard so attribution is never a debate. Payment processing at cost. We only earn when it earns.

The exact rate is shaped to your business — ticket size and volume matter, and we'd rather set it together in twenty minutes than on a pricing page.

What “white-label” actually means

Out of the box, your concierge is Jenny — our proven agent — and your customers see a small “powered by ExecDev” on the widget and the private room.

The branded tier removes every trace of us from anything your customers touch: your concierge's own name, your avatar, your colours, your tone — your brand throughout, on the website, WhatsApp, Telegram, the portal and every automated message. It's a one-time set-up fee of US$5,000, not a bigger subscription — for when you've seen the system working for you, watched it pay for itself, and want to make it fully yours. It includes your first 3 months of AI platform usage.

To be equally clear about the other side: the platform itself remains ours — we host it, secure it and keep improving it, and your clinic runs on it as a tenant. That's precisely why there is nothing for your team to build or maintain, and why you're always on the newest version the day it ships. Your number, your customers, your data — yours. The engine — ours.
